BIMOSONIC 12-Month Limited Warranty
BIMOSONIC provides a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date for eligible products. Coverage applies to the original purchaser, requires valid proof of purchase, and covers verified defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Covered Remedies
After technical assessment, BIMOSONIC may repair the product, provide eligible replacement components, replace the product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Exclusions
- Misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification or repair.
- Operation outside the manual, including operation beyond the stated duty cycle. These products do not support 24-hour continuous operation.
- Incompatible cleaning liquids, insufficient liquid level, corrosion, overheating, or improper electrical supply.
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, consumables, or removed and unreadable serial or warranty labels.
Warranty Request
Email info@bimosonic.com with the order number, model, serial number, Safety Mark where applicable, issue description, and clear photos or video. Wait for written instructions before returning equipment.
Pre-Sterilization Cleaning Notice
For compatible instruments, the intended medical-related application is pre-sterilization cleaning only. Ultrasonic cleaning does not replace a validated sterilization process.
Consumer Rights
This warranty does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
