BIMOSONIC ultrasonic cleaners include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date, subject to the applicable warranty terms. This page explains how to request support and where to find the written conditions for your order.
Request Warranty Assistance
Contact our team with your order number, purchase date, exact model and a description of the issue. Include clear photographs or a short video where helpful so the team can assess the request and provide the next steps.
Returns and Refunds
For approved non-quality-related returns, the buyer pays round-trip shipping and a 10% restocking fee. For confirmed quality issues or an incorrect item sent, return shipping and the restocking fee are waived. Eligibility and the return process are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
Additional Coverage Inquiries
For questions about any additional coverage, contact BIMOSONIC before ordering and request the applicable written terms. Do not assume an extended warranty or paid protection plan is included unless it is explicitly stated in your order agreement.
