These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BimoSonic website and the purchase of ultrasonic cleaning equipment and related products. BimoSonic reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, BimoSonic does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Specifications are subject to change without notice due to ongoing product improvements.

All ultrasonic cleaning systems sold by BimoSonic are intended for professional and industrial use. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the selected product is suitable for their intended application.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. BimoSonic reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and others)
PayPal
Bank transfer (T/T) — available for wholesale and B2B orders

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B or wholesale accounts.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. BimoSonic reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@bimosonic.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Custom, OEM, and ODM orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

5. Shipping & Delivery

BimoSonic ships to destinations worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to ordering.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard products in original, unused, and undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bimosonic.com with your order number and reason for return.

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom-built, OEM, or ODM products
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer
Items returned outside the 30-day window

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for further details.

7. Warranty

BimoSonic products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on the relevant product page. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Normal wear and tear
Damage resulting from use of incompatible cleaning solutions or accessories

To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BimoSonic website — including text, images, product designs, logos, and technical documentation — is the intellectual property of BimoSonic and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BimoSonic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BimoSonic, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
