Easy returns
- We keep it simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt
- A refund, less 10% restocking fee will be issued for products unused and returned 30 days of receipt.
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided.
- When returning products, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (including the actual shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery to the customer)
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- A refund will be issued within 7 business days after we have received and accepted the returned product.
(Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.)
Products not authorized for return include
- Products not in completely re-sellable condition.
- Special Order or Customized Items can not be returned in any condition.
