2. Products & Orders

All BIMO ultrasonic cleaning systems are sold subject to availability.
Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or resale violations.
For custom, OEM, or ODM orders, specific terms will be outlined in a separate purchase agreement or proforma invoice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), and other methods listed at checkout.
Full payment is required before shipment unless a credit term has been agreed upon in writing for wholesale accounts.
BIMO is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges incurred by the buyer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated lead times and shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
BIMO is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on bimosonic.com — including product images, descriptions, logos, technical specifications, and branding — is the exclusive property of BIMO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
Scrape, copy, or redistribute our product data or pricing without permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIMO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

BIMO ultrasonic cleaners are designed for professional and industrial use. Users are responsible for ensuring proper installation, operation, and compliance with local safety regulations.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. Beyond this, products are provided "as is" without additional warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
