Refund & Return Policy

At BIMO, we stand behind the quality of every ultrasonic cleaning system we manufacture. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 30 days of the delivery date
The product is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
The return is pre-authorized by our team via email at info@bimosonic.com

Custom-built, OEM/ODM, and made-to-order units are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your unit arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bimosonic.com
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — BIMO is not responsible for items lost in transit
For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same model or an equivalent unit of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us at info@bimosonic.com with your order details.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-frequency or custom-tank ultrasonic systems
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
Consumables (cleaning solutions, baskets, accessories) once opened
Items returned without prior authorization

7. Warranty

All BIMO ultrasonic cleaners come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy — please contact info@bimosonic.com for warranty service.
